CanvasVilla is committed to serving you with the best experience. Though we would feel bad to see you have a bad experience due to which you wish to return your canvas print/s, we would accept any product if there’s some defect in our print, and ensure making it perfect for you.

This includes any defect related to manufacturing like loose or wavy canvas, scratches, bubbles, or fading. Under any such condition, we will readily replace your canvas print or fix it without even a single penny borne by you.

In case you need a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the concern (We’ll appreciate it if you can be a bit descriptive here while sending an image of the defects). Please contact us at sales@canvasvilla.com; we will be happy to assist you.

    • Returns Procedure: To initiate the return process, you’ll have to email us pictures of the damaged product at sales@canvasvilla.com. The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be a manufacturing defect, a Return Authorization number will be issued after which you can return the products.
  • Return Window: You can return the damaged products within 30 days from receipt of order.
  • Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: These shall be paid by CanvasVilla.
